Confluence Batch 1000- Hazy Double IPA

Our company was built on the ingenuity of a homebrewer with a passion for experimentation and a deep appreciation for tradition. In 999 batches of beer we have taken some chances, had a lot of fun, and brewed a ton of Des Moines IPA. We saw an opportunity to celebrate our 1,000th batch of beer and use it as an excuse to play around with hops, malt, and yeast like we were homebrewing once again. Two ale yeast strains duke it out in the fermenter to produce this red, hazy, double IPA packed with Amarillo, Citra, & Nelson Sauvin hops. Look for flavors of citrus, grapefruit, and gooseberry alongside a sticky malt body in this celebratory beer. What began as a single vision has grown into a collaborative effort from the entire team.
