Jack Wallace Maple Brown Ale was born of a singular passion to create the finest craft beer and hand crafted maple syrup available… thanks to Jack Wallace for supplying the fresh maple sap, this collaboration project came to fruition. Mashed and sparged entirely with maple sap, ‘Jack Wallace’ has an ABV of 6.43%. It abounds with roasty, malty flavors and finishes with a subtle but not imperceptible maple flavor and aroma. Boiled entirely with Cascade hops for a well balanced hop aroma bitterness and flavor.
