A blend of hand-selected mixed culture barrels from our wood cellar. We added over 500 pounds of fresh Oregon Grown Bing and Montmorency cherries to in secondary fermentation. This beer is tart, bursting with notes of cherry pie, vanilla, with balanced acidity.
