Beer Description
Our seasonal Sour Ale, brewed up for the fall and winter holidays, but great all year round. We used over one pound per gallon of fresh whole cranberries for this pink beauty…tons of fruit in every glass! Originally inspired by a traditional Berliner Weiss, we imperialized it and kicked it up a notch. The cranberries add a tart brightness and distinctive wholesomeness, but we let the tart ale shine through on this one.
