AMERICAN SOUR ALE AGED IN OAK FOEDERS WITH PLUMS.
Plum Bob spent 9 months aging in an American oak foeder on 500 lbs. of whole plums from CLS Farms in Washington’s Yakima Valley. Fruity and tart, plums on the nose giving way to notes of strawberry, kiwi, oak. Crisp, effervescent, sour.
