Deep in its lair beneath Blakely Rock lurks…the Hoptopus! Snagging the unwary in its hoppy embrace, our IIPA features Cascade, Centennial, Apollo, Willamette, Nugget and Falconers Flight 7Cs, backed by a firm malt body.
Legend holds that deep in a crevice under Blakely Rock lurks a beast… the Puget Sound Giant Hoptopus! Lashing out with its long arms to snare the unwary, the Hoptopus engulfs victims in its hoppy embrace. Malts: Pale Ale, Wheat, Crystal 40, Dextrine, and Acid. Hops: Nugget, Apollo, Cascade, Centennial, Willamette, Zythos, and Falconer’s Flight 7 C’s.
