With an aroma of citrus, candied stone fruit, and light caramel, the flavor is much the same with an emphasis on the malt flavor desired from traditional Red IPA’s. Decadent with the perfect amount of bitterness, leaves you with a remarkably smooth finish
Red Dead Redemption is our first Red IPA! This was a beer style we find dear to our hearts but almost always underdeveloped. We dry hopped this like any other IPA searching for that delicate balance. With an aroma of citrus, candied stone fruit, and light caramel, the flavor is much the same with an emphasis on the malt flavor desired from traditional Red IPA’s. Decadent with the perfect amount of bitterness, leaves you with a remarkably smooth finish.
