This Strong Lager is brewed with Gambrinus Pilsner, Munich, and Honey Malts with Czech Saaz Hops. We finished this beer by adding toasted Sunshine Coast Douglas-Fir chips to the condition process, to impart a lightly toasted aroma & a mild orange like flavour note.
