Beer Description
Put Up The Peace Sign is a rollicking, prodigiously flavored DIPA, harmonizing a particular blend of yeasts with a particular blend of hops that together bring forth an intense, broad spectrum of tropical fruitiness. On the palate, the aforementioned hop & yeast derived tropical character synergistically reverberates, manifesting in flavor sensations of mango, lychee, and underpinnings of pineapple with a passing waft of the other green stuff. Thanks to modest carbonation and a bountiful supply of oats and wheat, the body is left beautifully silky. Moreover, there is an eloquence to the nuance of the overall texture that we haven’t achieved in other hoppy beers. Put Up The Peace Sign!
