Norwegian Hornindal Farmhouse yeast produces esters of peach, apricot and tangerine, wuth Simcoe, Idaho 7 and Jarrylo.
Another in our series of beers exploring yeast from faraway places. Made with Norwegian Hornindal Farmhouse yeast that produces esters of peach, apricot and tangerine, and Simcoe, Idaho 7 and Jarrylo Hops for notes of pear, pineapple and citrus. With a light bready malt structure this one is not to be missed.
