This 6.7% IPA is a galactic riff on our favorite terrestrial IPA Home*. Same grist — a tidy foundation of pilsner malts with a tender kiss of rye. Same yeast. Same techniques on the production floor.
This 6.7% IPA is a galactic riff on our favorite terrestrial IPA Home*. Same grist — a tidy foundation of pilsner malts with a tender kiss of rye. Same yeast. Same techniques on the production floor.
But instead of hopping with New Zealand’s Nelson Sauvin, we look across the Tasman Sea to Victoria and Tasmania, the growing region of Australia’s mighty Galaxy hops. And rather than Citra, we deploy Comet, a “Wild American” varietal that leans further into tangerine citrus notes.
We think this combination — Galaxy + Comet, intense passion fruit and peach meets grapefruity dankness and bright orange — is out of this world
