Anniversary Release announcement Number 2! Hiding amongst our Barrels yet seldom seen until now is our newest Barrel Aged Russian Imperial Stout: Bourbon Legend! Starting with Urban Legend as our base, a 13.5% RIS brewed with Oats, Rye, a blend of dark malts, and loads of fresh Maple Syrup from Red Leaf Hollow Farms, then aged in Bourbon Barrels for 8 months, the result is a Roasted sweet Stout rich with maple syrup and a full bodied bourbon backbone!
