The Roselare Project is a small batch mixed fermentation ale that was fermented and aged in Whiskey barrels for 20 months before adding Tart Cherry.
The Roselare Project is four small batch mixed fermentation ales that were fermented and aged in Whiskey barrels for at least 20 months before adding a different fruit to each beer. The Tart Cherry variant is tart and fruity with pleasant whiskey, vanilla, and caramel notes from the wood.
