Beer Description
Unfiltered, German-style pilsner
A pure pilsner, hazy and unfiltered. German malt, German hops, and yeast favored by a famous Munich brewery all combine to create a flavorful, sessionable lager. Bready, honeyed malt character anchors a snappy hop bitterness, with a classic noble hop and citrus-laden aromatics and flavor. “Bunging” the tank at the end of fermentation seals in natural carbonation, and the beer is left unfiltered for noticeable yeasty haze and flavor notes.
