Beer Description
A continuous blend and addition of various barrel aged and blended lots aging entirely in barrels for varying periods of time. We have now decided that it is “time” to pull it and drink it. This is a perfect way to bring in summer.. There is over 10 varieties of fruit that went into making this blend. Including Heirloom Apples, Asian Pears, Plums, Pluot, Apricot, Aprium, Plumcot, Peach, Nectarine, Cherry, Grape, Guava, PineappleĀ and Pears.Ā This has been aged in American Oak Wine Barrels, French Oak Wine Barrels, Brandy, Port and Rum Barrels. Plumdog Millionaire is VERY fruity yet finishes dry.Ā This has a very aesthetic rose hue and tastes just as good. This is very complex with numerous layers of fruit and floral barrel character.
