Beer Description
The Falkensteiner Ur-Weisse is a top-fermented wheat beer with a light hop flower. It is brewed with 70% wheat malt in the bed (light and dark varieties) and 30% light barley malt. The fruity, slightly bitter and slightly sweet flavor refreshes in the main trunk and is soft and gentle on the palate. Our great-white is very fresh and very lively due to the high CO2 content.
