The third in our Kitten trilogy, Solar Kitten gets Simcoe, Ella, and Loral hops, along with double dry hopping to enhance aroma. Pilsner malt and Maris Otter provide a solid base for this strong, smooth beer that has notes of ripe strawberry and light tropical fruit. Despite its ultra high gravity budget, this Big Cat beer makes for easy drinking.
