Confluence Batch 1122 Hazy Double IPA

Our company was built on the ingenuity of a homebrewer with a passion for experimentation and a deep appreciation for tradition. Near the end of 2018, we released our 1,000th batch of beer and our first hazy double IPA. Since we had such a great time with that beer, we decided we didn’t need a fancy number like 1,000 to justify playing around with hops, malt, and yeast like we were homebrewing again. Two ale yeast strains duke it out in the fermenter to produce this double dry-hopped, hazy, blond, double IPA packed with Mosaic, Lemondrop and Amarillo hops. Look for flavors of tropical and stone fruits, bright lemon citrus, fresh berries and soft resin wrapped up in a sticky malty body with a soft mouthfeel. What began as a single vision has grown into a collaborative effort from the entire team. We had fun with this one, we hope you will too!
