Beer Description
Sometimes its simple to get stuck in the churning gears of monotony. We are creatures of comfortable surroundings. The tides rise and fall. To be reminded of these truths is key to our journey. This Summer we dove back into the fine froth of West Coast construction, while utilizing proteins to add subtle body to our experimental IPAs. This sucker pays homage to Cali by utilizing Admiral Maltings Pils as its base, before being dry-hopped with a cadre of US Cashmere, Comet and Chinook, and double-dry hopped with our house favorite – Aussie Galaxy hops. Your imbibing shall be welcomed with bright pineapple, kiwi, and grapefruit, while the aromas of kush and spruce fill the glass.
