Our American Barleywine is aged for 9 months in Kentucky Bourbon Barrels, which contribute notes of vanilla, coconut, and a touch of oak to this intense, yet smooth beer. A heavy handed dose of aromatic American hops add a spicy-citrus note that helps to balance the sweetness of the rich malts, which showcase flavors of brown sugar alongside rich, dark fruits.
