Beer Description
Black Apricot Ale using inspiration from barbecuing Apricots in the Summertime, we fermented this beer with almost 400 lbs of Apricots, added a touch of smoked malt and lots of other nice things to create this Summer Treat. The result is light to medium bodied, with layers of sterwed fruit, char and hint of acidity to finish things out.
