Beer Description
This 2011 cellared keg was originally aged for 6 months in bourbon barrels, retired Firestone Union beer barrels, and wine barrels, and then infused with fair-trade organic coffee. The barrel aging is the standout here and has held up quite nicely. Though the coffee has taken a back seat with age, it provides a unique bitterness on the dry finish.
