Beer Description
This style of beer is essentially the session ale of Trappist monks. Golden in color and brewed using a traditional Trappist ale yeast, look for aromas of banana and circus peanuts (isoamyl acetate) thanks to those yeast esters, in addition to a delicate spice note from the coriander.
