Beer Description
We aged this beer in our Foeder for 15 months, letting a blend of Lactobacillus go to work to create a nice soft lemony tartness that’s complimented by notes of vanilla and “wine-like” tannins from the wood. In contrast to the previous oak aged sour, Foeder Johns, this one has enough residual malt sweetness to balance and marry the complex flavors into an immensely enjoyable whole.
