Beer Description
The newest winner of our co-worker taste-off, cellarman Billy Bletcher, brewed a spicy tart of a beer for summertime sipping.
All it took was a six-week sabbatical in Southeast Asia and one lucky guess for us all to enjoy Billy’s Beer. Full of pale malt, Amarillo and Centennial hops, kiwi fruit and Thai ginger, this beer pours a hazy straw with pillows of bright, white foam. Lots of bold tropical citrus on the nose, and a flavor full of puckering fruit, all tied together with an American Hefeweizen yeast for a very dry and very strong puncher of a beer.
