Beer Description
Zeno of Elea is a blended golden sour aged in brandy barrels. With no additional flavorings, we’re able to steep ourselves in the delicate yet complex sensory experience of our house mixed culture and how it mingles with the warming notes of brandy-soaked oak barrels. The resulting beer has a complex, evolving acidity and bright notes of white grape and sour apple with a balancing swirl of caramel sweetness.
