Our tart and slightly savory gose base ale is resting in several different barrels to see how each barrel and previous occupant showcase flavor accents on this rather impressionable base. This variety rested in Gin Barrels for several months and displays brilliant botanical flavors of juniper, coriander, citrus, ginger and oak. It’s a lot like a walk in the forest.
