“A Malt Driven Beer
Tainted Love is our attempt to make more of what we love. We’ve always loved the bread and nutty malt character of English Brown Ales, frequently referred to as Nut Browns, but wanted to create a bigger, sipping version. Through a complex malt bill (no actual nuts), Tainted love features aromas and flavors of toasted nuts and bread. As the flavors emerge, a caramel backbone develops and elevates the dryness, finally finishing with a smooth alcohol sweetness. Minimal English Golding hops (Earthy/Floral) are used for clean smooth bitterness.
Medium body with low/medium carbonation.
Medium flavor intensity.”
