Beer Description
A blend of bourbon barrel aged Imperial Stouts and Porters conditioned on cacao nibs and vanilla beans.
Polycephaly is the rare condition of having two heads. In partnership with Winking Lizard Tavern, we present 2 distinct beers. Polycephaly 7 is a robust blend of some of our finest bourbon barrel aged stouts and porters. After careful consideration, 4 varieties of cacao nibs and 3 varieties of vanilla beans were chosen for conditioning – over 100 pounds in total! Expect waves of chocolate and vanilla paired with notes of creme brulee, bright caramel, and rich nuttiness.
