Beer Description
“Saison” is French for season, referring to an ale that is traditionally brewed in farmhouses in southern Belgium for the late summer harvest. Our La Grange is a sturdy farmhouse ale that is very complex, with a myriad of esters ranging in fruit-like aromas to earthy yeast tones. It is dry and refreshing, perfect for your late summer thirst. What we brew in the soil of contemplation, we shall reap in the brewing harvest. We must give in order to get more. Itβs in the generous giving of malts and hops that produces this bountiful yield.
