Beer Description
Pygmalion Pilsner is our take on the nascent style of Italian Pilsner. The result is an incredibly crispy beer that jumps out of the can with subtle spicy and herbal impressions.
Pygmalion Pilsner is our take on the nascent style of Italian Pilsner. We used a duo of traditional lager malts plus a blend of German and American hops in the brewhouse. Then we fermented this beer low and slow with our favorite lager yeast. After fermentation was completed and a long cold maturation period, we gently dry hopped this beer with German Saphir, Huell Melon and American Liberty hops. The result is an incredibly crispy beer that jumps out of the can with subtle spicy and herbal impressions.
