Beer Description
A uniquely tart ale brewed with fresh ginger root and tangerine puree that we soured utilizing Lactobacillus from yogurt and kefir, resulting in a very clean and pleasant sourness. Though, strictly speaking, that makes it not entirely vegan-friendly or 100% lactose-free. People said “That’s amazing. How did you do that?” We do it because we have good brewers, because they’re cognitively there.
