Beer Description
Look for spicy, pine and citrus notes coupled with aggressive bitterness that doesn’t overpower.
This IPA is overflowing with hop character that’s been missing lately. We used NY Chinook and Nugget hops from our friends at Chimney Bluffs Hoppery in the boil giving it a touch of the old school flavor. We added a generous amount of Hudson River Rye from NY craft Malt to the grain bill and then we then dry hopped with over 2lbs per barrel of both of these hops to really drive the aromas home. Look for spicy, pine and citrus notes coupled with aggressive bitterness that doesn’t overpower. Eric samples this in 16oz increments!
