Rich malt flavors of Toffee, home made Whole Grain bread and Caramel.
We tweaked our base recipe for Amber Ridge from years past and doubled the Maple additions. The Cognac Barrels provide flavors and aromas of Vanilla, Dried Fig, Muscat Grapes, and Toasted Walnuts. Rich malt flavors of Toffee, home made Whole Grain bread and Caramel. The color is a beautiful Garnet ruby when held to the light.
