Beer Description
This IPA was brewed to push for meaningful action on climate change, as part of a larger effort orchestrated by HenHouse. The recipe Henhouse put out looked tasty, so we only made a few slight tweaks to Temescalify it. It features El Dorado, Simcoe, and Comet, which together give a fruity, dank hop profile with notes of Candied Berries, Cantaloupe, Peach and Grapefruit, and punctuated with a little dank OG. Some wheat, Vienna malt, and carafoam build a nicely rounded body, which is balanced with a moderate bitterness.
