Beer Description
Copper in color, this saison is brewed with rye malt, Cara Red malt, Saaz hops, and Belgian yeast. We named this beer in honor of the winter solstice (December 21st). Observed by pagans, often referred to as heathens, this day represents the end of darkness and the beginning of light.
