Beer Description
This beer pours a pale golden color with a little haze left in it. It should be accompanied by a thick bright white head. The aroma is fruit forward featuring pear and banana, as well as spicy notes of cloves. Up front is a pleasing pilsner malt sweetness. As it transitions to the middle of the tongue, more of the fruity and spicy characteristics are experienced. The beer finishes bone dry like a nice chardonnay, leaving you thirsty for the next sip. A slight alcohol warmness brings a nice finish.
