Get ready for a double take with our Pub System Playdate West Coast Double IPA, an outstanding collaboration with Del Cielo Brewing. Itβs a big IPA that started with a light pilsner malt and a touch of dextrin for body to establish the unassuming base needed support the massive 150 pounds of hops we loaded into this beer. Mosaic (Tropical/Ripe Fruit), Sultana (Tropical/Citrus), and Strata (Dank, Citrus) create an enticing blend of ripe mango and pineapple flavors with a refreshing citrus note. Hints of zest and dank cannaboid resins keep the sweetness in check and let you know this is a proud West Coaster from the East side of the Bay!!!
