Beer Description
For our 3rd collaboration with New Orlean’s The Courtyard Brewery, we decided to amalgamate the hop bills from some of our favorite IPAs from each other’s brewery to produce this organoleptic masterpiece. We started with a firm dose of Chinook to add some bitterness that grabs ahold of your palate and readies you for an onslaught of Mosaic Incognito & Amarillo with a full on DDH of Nelson Sauvin, Strata, Simcoe, Simcoe Cryo, Mosaic, and Mosaic Cryo! This full bodied tropical dream just rips with bright pineapple, tangerine, mixed berries, and herbaceous dankness.
