Beer Description
Wild fermented sparkling cherry apple wine. The older sibling to Pomme Cerise, our Reserve aged in barrel for an extra year and received additional cherries. Bottle conditioned using tart cherry juice. Disgorged. Raw, unfined and unfiltered. Intense tart cherry flavors – for the cherry lover. Serve chilled in a wine glass.
