Cheers to 5 years! Well, sort of, it’s more like 5 and a half, but who’s counting? We’re Fashionably Late to our own party! Our first-ever anniversary IPA is a celebration and our way of saying thank you for supporting us on our journey in craft beer. We brewed our anniversary beer with the unmistakably unique hop combo of Nelson, Galaxy, Citra, and CO2 liquid extract Incognito® Mosaic. These uniquely selected hops sum up the traditionally irreverent covenant of our brewing ethos by grounding ourselves in tradition, but never being hindered by its restrictions. This beer unlocks the power of hops and features strong elements of strawberry, lemon, coconut, and stone fruit.
