Beer Description
Walter – White Ale is the first beer with our latest strain of Belgian yeast. The malt bill is made up of 60% wheat and 40% pilsner malt. Omega Belgian Ale A is used for fermentation with a subtle aroma and hint of bitterness from Mandarina Bavaria hops. Modest phenolic and floral aromas with full body and luscious mouthfeel from a frothy thick white head. Walter does not hesitate when it comes to crushing the competition, literally. The intense amount of varying flavors will make you itch for more.
