Beer Description
Our take on a lagered fest beer, brewed with local Pilsner, Vienna, and Munich malt and Illinois-grown Crystal hops. We brewed this beer as tradition dictates in March and cellared it until October. An easy drinking fall lager less malty than most Marzens in the American market and a smooth, crisp finish.
