Beer Description
Rich, deeply black, made in the classic style notes of freshly roasted coffee, chocolate, and a slight smokiness are the characteristic feature of the style.
We’re kicking off our 25th year with the revival of a classic Long Trail recipe originally crafted up the road in the old woolen mill brewery in Bridgewater. Irish Uprising was created by Tom O’Brien, an original Long Trail Revolutionary. The use of flaked, unmated barley gives this beer a smooth, almost silky mouthfeel. Extremely flavorful and full-bodied, this brew is a revolution for the tastebuds with a sessionally low ABV. So pour it slow and enjoy the uprising!
