This geuze was blended with lambikken from seven different barrels and no fewer than eleven different brews. This blend was further finished with some freshly brewed lambik wort. The oldest lambik was brewed at the end of 2016. More than one-third of the blend consists of lambik of two and three years old.
Cuvée Armand & Gaston is a blend of one-, two- and at least three-year old 3 fonteinen lambics. Spontaneously fermented. Matured in oak barrels. Extended bottle ageing. Unfiltered. Unpasteurised.
