DDH West Coast DIPA with Strata, Mosaic & Wai-Iti
AROMA: pine, red grapefruit, sage
FLAVOR: mandarin candy, cantaloupe, pineapple
MOUTHFEEL: resin, crisp
RAD DETAILS: Simple malt bill of 2-row and a touch of Vienna malt, many kettle hop additions for a layered and assertive bitterness from our selected Mosaic. Big dry hop of a nice mix of Mosaic, Strata, and Wai-iti. Intended to be dry and bitter like most of our West Coast DIPAs
