Beer Description
Amber lager brewed with a portion of såinnhus malt from Sugar Creek Malt. The såinnhus is a rustic wood-fired malthouse inspired by the farmhouse malt of Norway—Sugar Creek has the only one in the country. Grain is floor-malted, then kilned over a wood fire, creating a smoky complexity unlike any other smoked malt. A crisp and complex smoked lager.
