Beer Description
A fancy word, but simply delicious results – “decoction” is a process historically utilized in brewing lagers, to add malt character and complexity. We were excited to give it a whirl to bring a gentle and flavorful softness to a hazy IPA. This one is hopped with whole cone Mosaic plus Chinook and Strata, for a ripe fruit-forward aroma.
