Beer Description
Part two of our collaboration with our buddies at Other Half Brewing Company explores the dark side of the spectrum. We each took our favorite chocolate cream sandwich cookies and each hit it with a variation – for Brooklyn Bagel we used an excessive amount of toasted and raw coconut. Creamy, chocolate and vanilla with an explosive amount of tasty coconut. Their version, Chicago Doggin’, was hit with Wild Thai Banana – snag some if you can get your hands on it to try them side by side or do a cuvée.
