Beer Description
Celebrating our tenth anniversary would not be possible without everyone who has supported our brewery along the way. A big occasion calls for a big celebratory beer. Our brewers used a variety of caramel, Munich and chocolate malts, roasted barley and wheat to craft a massive imperial stout with loads of espresso and cocoa flavors and a lingering, syrupy mouthfeel. Following fermentation, the base beer was aged in freshly emptied Willett bourbon, peach and cherry brandy and Caribbean rum barrels before being artfully blended to create Thank You.
